Reference 5016 combines three of Patek Philippe's most demanding complications in one movement: a minute repeater, a tourbillon, and a perpetual calendar with a retrograde date display. It was Patek Philippe's most complicated wristwatch in series production until the Sky Moon Tourbillon, reference 5002, arrived in 2001. The 5016P-001 is the platinum execution, running the manually wound Caliber R TO 27 PS QR, and the line continued until 2011, when Patek Philippe replaced it with reference 5216.

How do I check a Patek Philippe 5016P-001 with Watch Safe?
Look up the watch's serial number in the Watch Safe registry to see whether a record exists or a theft flag is attached. A registry search identifies records for a specific serial; it does not authenticate the watch. Authentication is performed in person by an independent expert authenticator, and Watch Safe records and publishes the result.
