Rolex · Daytona
Known in the trade as the Oyster Daytona.
The Daytona that finally got screw-down chronograph pushers, which is what let Rolex put 'Oyster' on the dial. Paired with an acrylic bezel insert rather than steel, it is the configuration most collectors consider the peak of the manual-wind Daytona era.
The 6263 was produced from 1971 to 1988.
The Rolex 6263 runs the Cal. 727, a manual movement.
Look up the watch's serial number in the Watch Safe registry to see whether a record exists or a theft flag is attached. A registry search identifies records for a specific serial; it does not authenticate the watch. Authentication is performed in person by an independent expert authenticator, and Watch Safe records and publishes the result.
