Patek Philippe · Nautilus
A flyback chronograph and a second time zone in one Nautilus, which is a harder combination than it sounds — the travel-time mechanism needs two hour hands that can be moved independently while the chronograph keeps running. The pushers on the left move local time forward and back; the ones on the right are the chronograph.
The 5990/1R has been in production since 2019.
The Patek Philippe 5990/1R runs the CH 28-520 C FUS, an automatic movement.
Look up the watch's serial number in the Watch Safe registry to see whether a record exists or a theft flag is attached. A registry search identifies records for a specific serial; it does not authenticate the watch. Authentication is performed in person by an independent expert authenticator, and Watch Safe records and publishes the result.
