The 5905R paired Patek Philippe's flyback chronograph with its annual calendar in a single 42mm case, a combination the manufacture first attempted in 2006 with the reference 5960. Patek introduced the 5905 platinum-only in 2015, then added the rose gold 5905R in 2019 with a brown dial, followed by the sunburst blue dial 5905R-010. The self-winding CH 28-520 QA 24H caliber needs only one manual correction a year, at the end of February.

How do I check a Patek Philippe 5905R with Watch Safe?
Look up the watch's serial number in the Watch Safe registry to see whether a record exists or a theft flag is attached. A registry search identifies records for a specific serial; it does not authenticate the watch. Authentication is performed in person by an independent expert authenticator, and Watch Safe records and publishes the result.
