Patek Philippe introduced the 5235G in June 2011, the first regular-production Calatrava to carry a regulator-style display, where the hours sit on their own subdial instead of sharing a center pinion with the minutes. The purpose-built caliber 31-260 REG QA took years to bring to volume, so real deliveries did not begin until around 2014. Patek Philippe discontinued the white gold 5235G in 2019 and replaced it with a pink gold execution.
