Patek Philippe introduced reference 6000G in 2005 with the self-winding caliber 240 PS C, built around the manufacture's 22-karat gold micro-rotor, in a 37mm white gold case. The reference was discontinued in 2017 and replaced that year, at Baselworld, by reference 6006G, which kept the same micro-rotor movement in a larger 39mm case.
