Rolex · Explorer
The reference tied to the 1953 British Everest expedition — Rolex supplied Oyster Perpetuals to the team, and named the Explorer for the ascent. It established the 3-6-9 dial layout that the line has never abandoned.
The 6350 was produced from 1953 to 1954.
The Rolex 6350 runs the A296, an automatic movement.
Look up the watch's serial number in the Watch Safe registry to see whether a record exists or a theft flag is attached. A registry search identifies records for a specific serial; it does not authenticate the watch. Authentication is performed in person by an independent expert authenticator, and Watch Safe records and publishes the result.
