The first Aquanaut. Patek launched it in 1997 for buyers who found the Nautilus too formal, on a moulded composite strap the company calls tropical, at a point when a steel Patek on a rubber-like strap was close to heresy. It was pitched as the entry to the catalogue and aimed at younger buyers, which is not how the line reads now.

How do I check a Patek Philippe 5060A with Watch Safe?
Look up the watch's serial number in the Watch Safe registry to see whether a record exists or a theft flag is attached. A registry search identifies records for a specific serial; it does not authenticate the watch. Authentication is performed in person by an independent expert authenticator, and Watch Safe records and publishes the result.
