A. Lange & Söhne · Triple Split
A split-seconds chronograph that splits the hour and minute counters as well as the seconds hand, which is what lets it time two events that differ by hours rather than seconds. Lange had already built the Double Split, the first to split minutes; this adds the hours.
The A. Lange & Söhne 424.037 runs the L132.1, a manual movement.
Look up the watch's serial number in the Watch Safe registry to see whether a record exists or a theft flag is attached. A registry search identifies records for a specific serial; it does not authenticate the watch. Authentication is performed in person by an independent expert authenticator, and Watch Safe records and publishes the result.
