One of the four watches Lange showed in October 1994 to restart a company that had not existed for over forty years, and named for the state it has been built in since 1845. Saxony is also why it vanished: Glashütte fell inside the Soviet occupation zone and the firm was expropriated in 1948. The collection is the plainest Lange makes, which is the point — it is where the movement finishing has nowhere to hide.
