A. Lange & Söhne · Richard Lange Perpetual Calendar "Terraluna"
A perpetual calendar whose real display is on the back. The caseback carries an orbital moonphase showing the moon's position relative to the earth and sun as seen from the northern hemisphere, geared accurately enough that it needs no correction for well over a thousand years. The dial side is a regulator layout with the calendar arranged around it.
The A. Lange & Söhne 180.032 runs the L096.1, a manual movement.
Look up the watch's serial number in the Watch Safe registry to see whether a record exists or a theft flag is attached. A registry search identifies records for a specific serial; it does not authenticate the watch. Authentication is performed in person by an independent expert authenticator, and Watch Safe records and publishes the result.
