A. Lange & Söhne · Arkade
The fourth of the 1994 launch watches and the one that has since disappeared. Arkade takes an arched rectangular case — the arcade of the name — and puts the outsize date on it, which is a harder problem in a case that narrow than in a round one. It is no longer made, so the reference is closed.
The A. Lange & Söhne 103.021 runs the L911.4, a manual movement.
Look up the watch's serial number in the Watch Safe registry to see whether a record exists or a theft flag is attached. A registry search identifies records for a specific serial; it does not authenticate the watch. Authentication is performed in person by an independent expert authenticator, and Watch Safe records and publishes the result.
