Introduced at Baselworld 2015, the 5370P was Patek Philippe's first two-pusher split-seconds chronograph since reference 1463. The 41mm platinum case runs the manually wound caliber CHR 29-535 PS, Patek's first split-seconds movement built specifically for this reference, with a 65-hour power reserve, and pairs it with a black grand feu enamel dial on the original execution. In 2020 Patek Philippe added the 5370P-011, replacing the black enamel with blue.
