Golden Ellipse
6 references catalogued.
Introduced in 1968 and drawn on the golden ratio — the case is an ellipse whose proportions follow the division the Greeks used, which is where the name comes from. It is one of Patek's longest-running designs and among the very few watches of its era whose shape was derived rather than styled.
