Vintage 1945
5 references catalogued.
A rectangular Art Deco case drawn from a Girard-Perregaux watch of 1945, with a curved profile that follows the wrist rather than sitting flat on it. The line is where the maker puts its shaped-case work, including tourbillons fitted into a rectangle, which is harder than a round case because the movement cannot simply be centred.
